The City of Marlin offers volunteer opportunities through the Community Emergency Response Team Program. If you would like to assist your community and neighbors in their time of need, this may be program for you!
The CERT Program, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, is meant to train citizens to act in an emergency response capacity whenever called upon for assistance by their respective community.
All equipment and training is provided by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security at no cost to the team members.
