Water Discoloration Update (06/13/23)
Our city’s water staff continues to address the brown water issue. This is being accomplished through flushing and other TCEQ recommended and approved procedures. This is an issue that is affecting many communities throughout Central Texas. If you’re experiencing brown water, please report it to our water office as soon as possible. To reach the water office, please call (254) 883-1450 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday). Early reporting will enable our crews to promptly respond and commence flushing in the affected area(s). Our staff will continue working daily to resolve this issue. Your assistance and patience are genuinely appreciate.
