Electricity has been restored at the water plant. The leak has been temporarily repaired for the night, and valves are back on. They will need to complete repairs tomorrow once parts arrive so they will be turning the water off again sometime during the day tomorrow. The intersection of Coleman and Oaks is closed until repairs are completed.
