The City of Marlin Fire Department enforces the 2003 International Fire Code which was adopted by our City Council in 2008.

Our department inspects commercial occupancies on an annual basis to ensure that they are in compliance with the 2003 International Fire Code.

Fire inspections may also be performed if citizen complaint regarding the safety of a business or property is received.
