Notice 7:20 am 2/24/21 UPDATE: We were just informed by our HEB partner that the water truck that was scheduled for delivery in Marlin today will not arrive until tomorrow (2/25). They expressed their apologies for this delay. There will be NO distribution site at HEB today because of this. Hon. Mayor Carolyn Lofton
