Limb and Grinding Services

Customers with a current local active water account:

1. Provide a chipper service with the following fee schedule:

a. $25.00 minimum charge for the first thirty (30) minutes
b. Billing in thirty (30) minute increments at $25.00 each increment.

2. Service will be provided to active water customers that make said request and agree to the fee

3. The chipper fee will be charged on the utility bill the month after the service has been provided

4. The size of the material is limited to a maximum diameter of four inches (4”) and a maximum
length of eight feet (8’).

5. Require the brush intended for chipping to be piled behind curb on the right-of-way

6. This service will not be provided for any private business, company, firm, concern, enterprise,
venture, partnership, and/or corporation that provide property cleanup, maintenance, trimming,
tree maintenance or removal services.

Customers who do not have a current local active water account in their name:

1. Provide a chipper service with the following fee schedule:

a.     Individual must pay a $100.00 deposit prior to service being provided
b.     $25.00 minimum charge for the first thirty (30) minutes
c.     Billing in thirty (30) minute increments at $25.00 each increment

2. Service will be provided only to properties located within the Marlin City limits.

3. The chipper fee will be billed to the person the service was provided for the month after the
service has been provided. If the bill is less than the deposit the remaining funds will be
refunded in place of the bill.

4. The size of the material is limited to a maximum diameter of four inches (4”) and a maximum
length of eight feet (8’).

5. Require the brush intended for chipping to be piled behind curb on the right-of-way.
