To report water leaks or sewer stops during regular hours, you can call 254-883-1452 or report on-line using the “Citizen Request Tracker” section to the left of this page.

Important:

On-Line reports are received during regular business hours so if you are reporting during the evening hours or on the weekend, you need to call 254-883-3371.

After business hours and weekends, call 254-883-3371 ….24 hours a day…seven days a week. A real person will answer your call and friendly field staff will come to help.

We offer “Same Day Service” for requests received by 2:00 pm…always…and at no extra charge!

• Transferred Service: $17.50

This charge will appear on your first bill.

Commercial accounts inside the city limits are required to pay a deposit of $175.00.

Commercial accounts outside of the city limits are required to pay a deposit of $250.00.

Residential accounts inside the city limits are required to pay a deposit of $125.00.

Residential account outside of the city limits are required to pay a deposit of $200.00.

You can come to our office at: 101 Fortune Street inside City Hall.
