Record Searches

Record Search Request Procedure

The Municipal Court of Record will perform record searches upon request.

1. Government agencies may request a record search free of charge.
2. For all other requests there is a $10 search fee plus $0.25 per page
3. The first two pages are free.
   
   

If you need a record search, Municipal Court will be happy to assist you, and the search will only cover citations which have been issued in Municipal Court through the Marlin Police Department, Animal Control or Code Enforcement.
